Hello and welcome! I’m Caroline Daniel, founder and Broker of Sterling Realty and Lending here in beautiful Los Angeles. For over 25 years, I’ve had the joy of helping people turn their real estate dreams into reality — whether that’s finding a forever home, building a business space, or creating a path toward financial independence.

My journey in real estate has been about more than just buying and selling property — it’s about building lasting relationships and guiding clients through some of the most meaningful decisions of their lives. I take pride in really getting to know the people I work with, understanding their goals, and helping them make choices that set them up for long-term success.

In addition to real estate, I’m licensed in Insurance and Financial Services, allowing me to take a holistic approach to financial planning and wealth building. My clients appreciate that I can look at the bigger picture — helping them protect what they’ve built and plan for the future with confidence.

One of the most fulfilling parts of my work has been serving and mentoring military veterans. Helping veterans navigate homeownership, financial stability, and entrepreneurship has been a true honor and a way for me to give back to those who have given so much.
